OBJECTIVE:
To favor a joint work scenario between the pharmaceutical industry, Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and research centers to review operational and clinical issues which impact the performance of research centers in Colombia or the development of clinical studies in the country to agree on strategies that make Colombia an attractive country to perform clinical studies and contribute to the strengthening of Clinical Research in Colombia.
- Contribute to improve the competitiveness of clinical research centers and ethics committees, understanding their needs and sharing the knowledge and experience of CROs.
- Facilitating the interaction between CROs and sponsors in order to harmonize processes, improve quality and time in operations, thus strengthening the country’s image in clinical research.
- Disseminate locally the role of research actors and their potential as partners in clinical research.
